Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
Orders are processed as they are received. Please allow 2-5 business days for production, excluding weekends and holidays. In rare cases, production may be delayed, extending this timeframe to 5-7 business days.
SHIPPING OPTIONS (UNITED STATES ORDERS)
We currently offer Standard Shipping, which delivers orders within 2-5 business days after leaving our fulfillment center. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. If you have specific delivery needs, please contact us before placing your order. Note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping rates are based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on all US orders of $100 or more.
SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
We currently offer Standard Shipping for all international orders, which delivers orders within 10-30 business days after leaving our fulfillment center. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. If you have specific delivery needs, please contact us before placing your order. Note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping rates are based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method, destination, and any unforeseen circumstances during transit. We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe but are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other factors outside our control.
TRACKING STATUS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 3-5 business days for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be guaranteed. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. If an order has shipped or is in the process of being produced or shipped, modifications are not possible.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If you notice any discrepancies with your product upon delivery, please reach out to us immediately at info@lulabelledesign.com. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly. All damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
