Refund policy
Our products are made to order and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be guaranteed. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. If an order has shipped or is in the process of being produced or shipped, modifications are not possible.
If you notice any discrepancies with your product upon delivery, please reach out to us immediately at info@lulabelledesign.com. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly. All damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. We check all emails Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST, excluding holidays.
